- Participants are responsible for booking their own flights or other transportation to the meeting point.
- Walking on Water is not liable for missed flights, delays, cancellations, or any additional costs arising from these circumstances.
- Please allow sufficient time for arrival and check-in to ensure you are present at the start of the trip.
- Participants must arrive at the designated accommodation at the agreed date and time.
- If a participant arrives more than 24 hours after the scheduled time (unless agreed otherwise in advance), they will not be able to join the trip and are not entitled to a refund.
- Ensure that your passport or ID card is valid for at least six months after your return date. It is the participant’s responsibility to obtain any necessary visas.
- Each participant must have travel insurance covering cancellations, accidents, and participation in activities such as surfing or hiking.
- By participating in a Walking on Water trip, you consent to photographs and videos being taken. These may be used for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request not to be featured.
- Walking on Water reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be posted on the website and will take effect 5 days after publication. It is the participant’s responsibility to consult the most recent version of the terms.
By making payment for your booking with Walking on Water, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Walking on Water.
- Deposit Refund: The deposit is refundable if canceled within 24 hours of payment of the payment request. Up to two months prior to the start of the trip, the total trip cost, minus the deposit, is refundable. From two months before departure, the trip cost becomes non-refundable. For bookings made within two months of the trip start date, the full trip cost is non-refundable.
- Cancellations Before Payment: No charges will be applied for cancellations made before payment.
- No-Show or Early Departure: Participants who do not show up on the agreed start date, arrive late as described above, or leave the trip early are not entitled to any refund.
- Substitution of Participants: Participants may arrange their own replacement up to 15 days before departure at no extra cost. For substitutions within 14 days prior to departure, an administrative fee of €50 per participant may be charged.
- Participants are responsible for organizing and settling any costs with their replacement.
- The replacement must meet the following criteria: a Christian woman between 18 and 30 years old.
- Trip Cancellation by Walking on Water: If Walking on Water must cancel a trip due to insufficient participants or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- Walking on Water is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, storms, pandemics, strikes, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or postpone trips in such cases.
- Mandatory Travel Insurance: Each participant must obtain travel insurance that covers participation in activities, including surfing, hiking, or other adventurous activities. Walking on Water is not responsible for costs or assistance in case anything happens during the activities.
- Risk and Responsibility: All activities offered are undertaken at your own risk. Walking on Water is not liable for injury, accidents, or damage to personal property.
- Preparation and Suitability: Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical and mental readiness for the activities.
- Safety: Always follow the instructions of our guides or instructors. Failure to comply with safety guidelines or participating under the influence of alcohol or drugs is entirely at your own risk.
- Use of Equipment: Any damage to equipment or items provided by Walking on Water will be charged to the participant.
- Participation in activities during the trip is voluntary, but joining is encouraged to fully experience the trip.
- Participants are not entitled to refunds for included parts of the trip that they choose not to use.
- Changes in Schedule: Walking on Water reserves the right to modify activities or the weekly schedule due to weather, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed as soon as possible.

Welcome to Walking on Water! To ensure a safe and enjoyable travel experience, the following terms apply to all bookings. By registering and participating in our trips, you agree to these conditions. :)
- Participants are responsible for checking their travel information and must report any errors or discrepancies immediately. Failure to report in a timely manner may result in adjustment fees or acceptance of the information as provided.
Flights and Transportation
- Registration: Participation in a trip is possible once you have registered through our website. After registering, you can schedule a call to discuss whether the trip is a good fit for you.
- Payment Request: After the call, you will receive an official payment request for the deposit. (Two months before the trip, you will receive the request for the full amount.) This payment must be completed in full within 48 hours to confirm your booking. If payment is not made on time, your registration may be canceled.
- Payment Method: All payments must be made via bank transfer. Please include your full name and the start date of the trip in the payment reference.
- Pricing and Currency: All prices are listed in euros (€). Any additional costs due to exchange rates, bank fees, or credit card transactions are the responsibility of the participant.
